Cookies Policy
Last updated: [14 July 2026]
1. Scope
This policy explains how Stylux Limited uses cookies and similar storage or access technologies on stylux.uk and, where expressly stated, connected Stylux portals. A cookie is a small data file stored on or accessed from a user’s device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and scripts.
2. Our approach to consent
Strictly necessary technologies are used where required to provide a service requested by the user, maintain security or remember privacy choices. Other technologies are activated only after the user’s choice where consent is legally required. The law also permits limited exceptions for certain low-risk statistical or functionality technologies when all statutory conditions are met; Stylux applies an exception only after documenting that the conditions are satisfied.
The banner provides Accept All, Reject All and Customise options. A user can change or withdraw choices at any time through the cookie-preferences control displayed on the website. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent access to the main website, although optional functions may be unavailable.
3. Cookie categories
- Necessary: security, load balancing, consent records, fraud prevention and essential platform functions.
- Functional: optional scheduling, embedded content and user-experience functions.
- Analytics: measurement of visits, page use and service performance.
- Advertising: campaign measurement and advertising effectiveness.

Client platforms may use Perfex CRM, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Moodle and Turnitin. Each provider may process technical information under its own privacy documentation. Where Stylux controls the integration, it configures consent and disclosure settings proportionately.
