Website Terms of Use

Last updated: [14 July 2026]

1. About these terms

These terms govern use of stylux.uk. They do not replace a proposal, statement of work, service agreement, Data Processing Agreement or other client contract. If there is a conflict, the signed or expressly accepted client contract takes priority for the relevant service.

2. About Stylux

Stylux Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 12874853. Its registered office is 423 Rush Green Road, Romford, London, England, RM7 0NH.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful information, enquiries and access to authorised services. You must not:

  • attempt unauthorised access, vulnerability exploitation or interference with the website or connected systems;
  • introduce malware, conduct automated scraping that creates unreasonable load, or bypass access controls;
  • submit unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful material;
  • misrepresent identity or authority; or
  • copy or commercially reuse website material except as permitted by law or written permission.

4. Information and availability

Website content is general information and is not legal, financial, tax or security advice. We use reasonable care but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change website functions without notice where reasonably necessary.

5. Intellectual property

Stylux or its licensors own the website, branding and content except where stated otherwise. No right is granted other than a limited right to view and use the website lawfully. Client work is governed separately by the applicable service contract.

6. Third-party links

Links and integrations may lead to third-party services. Stylux does not control third-party content, availability or terms. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Stylux is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website content or by events outside its reasonable control. Consumer statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Privacy and cookies

Use of personal information and cookies is explained in our Website and Customer Privacy Notice and Cookies Policy.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may have rights to bring proceedings in the part of the UK where they live.
