Data Protection Rights Request Form

Use this form to exercise your rights regarding personal information held by Stylux Limited.

You may request access to your personal information, ask us to correct or erase it, restrict its use, object to certain processing, request data portability, or ask for a review of certain automated decisions.

Your rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exemptions. We may ask for additional information where reasonably necessary to locate your information, understand your request or verify your identity.

We normally respond without undue delay and within one calendar month after receiving a valid request. Complex requests, or multiple requests, may require up to two additional months. If an extension is necessary, we will explain why.

Do not submit passwords, complete payment-card details or identification documents unless we specifically request them.

You do not have to use this form. You may exercise your data protection rights by emailing privacy@stylux.uk or writing to Stylux Limited at its registered office. Please clearly state the right you wish to exercise and provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant records.
