Please provide sufficient information for us to investigate your complaint. Do not include passwords, complete payment-card details, or personal information that is not relevant to your complaint.

Alternative ways to complain

You do not have to use this form. You may also submit a data protection complaint by emailing privacy@stylux.uk or writing to Stylux Limited at its registered office. Please mark postal correspondence “Private and Confidential – Data Protection Complaint”.

If you remain dissatisfied after giving Stylux Limited an opportunity to investigate your complaint, you may raise your concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Information about making a complaint is available on the ICO website. The ICO generally expects individuals to approach the organisation first and may ask for copies of the relevant correspondence.
